The Casita / Casita 1 5M3801-X built by Cavco Manorwood is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-section home with 1,070 square feet on a 33-foot frame. It’s the smaller and shorter of the two Casita models, coming in well below the Casita 2’s 1,549 square feet on a frame 19 feet shorter, while matching that model’s narrow 15-foot width. With one fewer bedroom and bathroom than the Casita 2, it offers a more compact single-section option. It’s the series’ entry-level choice for buyers who want the Casita’s narrow footprint in a smaller size.
